Hurricane moving to landAlthough the Pacific Hurricane season already started on May 15, it’s the Atlantic Hurricane season that begins today, June 1 that gets most of the attention.  In recent years, Atlantic Hurricanes and tropical systems have caused serious and expensive damage to both coastal and inland areas.

FEMA is encouraging families to prepare!  Get familiar with evacuation routes from your home and business, and learn about how to prepare so you are ready if disaster hits.
